Noise, Barking Dog (NR5)

Official Agency Resolution Statement:

"The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) sent the dog owner a warning letter. It includes recommendations on how to reduce their dog's barking. DEP also sent you a letter to acknowledge your complaint. DEP expects it may take about six weeks for the changes they recommend to take effect. If the excessive dog barking continues after that time, please file a new Service Request."
